MapTiler Geocoding – release 2.15.24

This report provides a snapshot of our Geocoding services. We regularly update the indexes to integrate the latest data and introduce new search features.

Main changes

  • Global data refresh: Full rebuild of the global indexes, adding 482,444 new POIs, 18,101 new natural and landform features, 16,112 new places, 5,844 new postal codes, and 4,677 new roads. This provides more comprehensive and up-to-date search results for users worldwide.

Global and regional changes

  • Global: Full data refresh from recent OpenStreetMap updates and database improvements.

Only layers with meaningful changes are listed individually. The total reflects the entire global database.

Required actions

None. This release is fully backward-compatible. All index updates apply automatically. API parameters, index names, and response shapes are unchanged.
