Estimates the size and resource count for a given region definition.

This method may fetch the style JSON and other metadata if needed to provide a more accurate estimate.

#### Return

An [MTPackStats](https://docs.maptiler.com/mobile-sdk/android/api/-map-tiler-s-d-k/com.maptiler.maptilersdk.offline/-m-t-pack-stats/) object containing the estimates.
