# Type Alias SplatModelAnnotationClickEvent

SplatModelAnnotationClickEvent: [SplatModelAnnotationEvent](https://docs.maptiler.com/geosplats-sdk/api/interfaces/SplatModelAnnotationEvent/)<"annotation:click"\>

Event fired on every click on an annotation, with or without a popup - e.g. to mark it as visited with `annotation.setColor()`. It fires before the annotation's popup opens, so a listener can still set one to open right away.
